Role- Software Engineer

Location - Remote

Duration - 6+ Months

Job Description

• Assists in the technical aspects of daily production and publishing for HSN.com.
• Creates and deploys graphic elements for development and production.
• Converts XD composition into Website Experiences.
• Aids in the creation of HTML content utilizing HTML templates.
• Creates Website experience modules with the use of Javascript, HTML and CSS
• Monitors daily flow of editorial and creative elements for HSN.com.
• Coordinates with project management and creative groups to ensure all content has been approved by QA. Ensures QA checks on new website presentations.

Requirements:

· Associates or Technical Degree with minimum of 4 years work experience

· Advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, the creation and use of Cascading Style Sheets

· Demonstrate the ability to create complex website experiences using HTML elements in an optimized, yet cross-browser friendly manner.

· Knowledge of Responsive design

· Knowledge of Performance optimization for images and videos

· Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Photoshop and XD.

· Understanding of Web usability issues

· Solid layout and design skills

· Candidates must demonstrate good communication and organizational skills.

· Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, managing a personal work queue while monitoring a larger process.

· Must be able to handle dynamic work load as priorities change and projects with short deadlines occur.
